Green Dress
Years ago (in 2018 – can you believe that’s 6 years ago!?) I made a Cherry Tomato Tulip Bouquet, filled with a goat cheese/cream cheese herb filling.
It was so good!!
I decided to make it again, but a little bit simpler with a mini mozzarella ball in the center this time.
The scallions can be eaten (as I know some people love them as is) or they can be washed and reused to make other recipes!
This is such a fun and easy recipe for a spring party or Easter brunch, and you only need 3 ingredients!
I served this Caprese Tulips Bouquet with balsamic vinegar with a sprinkle of black pepper, but you could also serve it with salad dressing.
