These DIY Flower Magnets are a fun and easy way to create spring magnets to decorate your fridge (or school locker) this spring or summer.
And wouldn’t these be so fun to make for a girls’ night!
To go along with these adorable faux-flower magnets, I also created a Spring Bucket List printable and 3 spring recipe card printables that you can add to your fridge, too!
I included a few of my favorite springtime recipes: Fresh Homemade Lemonade, Lemon Garlic Parmesan Pasta, and Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake Bars!
So if you are a fan of fresh lemon flavor, I highly recommend checking out these recipes!
And I hope you have fun making these DIY Flower Magnets!

Instructions:
1. First, remove the tops of the flowers from the stems using the pliers.
2. Next, deconstruct the flower and use the pliers to cut off the excess stem from the pistil (the fluffy center ball).
You can try gluing the flower directly to the magnet without deconstructing it, but I found that the pistil stem kept the flower from sitting flat on the magnet, so I had to deconstruct it to cut off the pistil so the flower would sit flat.
3. Use super glue to reconstruct the flower and glue it to the magnet. I also added some extra glue to some of the petals to make them more secure.
4. Repeat steps 2-3 on all of your flowers.
5. Let the glue dry according to the packaging instructions.
Note: After it dried, I noticed some of the pistils weren’t as securely attached to the flower/magnets as I wanted, so I opted to add some hot glue for a faster fix.
6. That’s it! Decorate & enjoy!

He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain. Like one from whom people hide their faces he was despised, and we held him in low esteem. Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted.
Isaiah 53:3-4 NIV
