This DIY He is Risen Flower Cross is a beautiful way to create art for your home this Easter.
I created a little printable so you can print as many as you want for your home or to give as gifts.
You could make these as a family with your kids, for a girls’ night, at a women’s Bible study, or simply at home this Easter to celebrate the season’s true meaning.
I love the symbolism of the flower-shaped cross; what was meant to be the end of life led to eternal life.
What was the worst day in Earth’s history, led to the greatest joy that continues to bring us unending hope for the future.
I pray this Easter weekend is spent remembering the sacrifice (on Friday), the rest (on the Sabbath), and the new hope that began on the first day of the week (on Sunday).

Instructions:
1. First, download the free printable (details can be found below the first photo) and print two of the He is Risen cross art.
2. Take one of the printed cross papers and place double-sided tape across the cross.
3. Place pressed flowers on the tape over the cross, layering them so that none of the paper cross is visible.
4. Add additional double-sided tape around the four sides of the paper.
5. Next, take a craft knife and cut out the cross on the second printed cross paper.
6. Place the second cut-out cross paper on top of the first flower cross paper and press down firmly so that they stick together.
7. Place in (or on top with double-sided tape) a frame and display it for Easter.
