diced red pepper, 3\/4 cup zucchini, 1\/4 teaspoon salt, 1\/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1\/2 teaspoon dried basil, and 1 teaspoon dried parsley.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Cook the fresh vegetables for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then add the 1\/2 cup artichoke hearts, 1\/2 cup olives, and 1\/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">Continue cooking for 3-5 minutes until all of the ingredients are hot.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-6\">Next, drain the pasta and fold it into the vegetables adding salt and pepper to taste.<\/li>\n<li
