I love quick and easy DIY’s, especially seasonal ones that I can use to decorate with year after year!
And this DIY Easter Egg Flower Candle Holder is so easy to create and perfect for spring and Easter.
I often get asked why I place lace around the base of my glass vases when doing DIY’s and I have two reasons for doing this.
The first is because it adds an extra layer. This lace layer adds a second texture as well as a hint of femininity, even if it’s covered by other objects and not fully seen.
The second reason is that I can easily slide the ribbon off, with the eggs or other decor still attached to it, so I can reuse the glass for other DIY projects and seasonal centerpieces.
Then when Easter and spring comes back around, I can slide the lace/eggs back on the vase and use it again!

Tutorial:
1. First, wrap the white lace around the glass hurricane vase, cut it to size, and hot glue the ends together.
2. Place a large drop of hot glue on a faux egg and place the egg on the lace.
3. Repeat with a second egg right next to the first egg.
4. Then add a drop of hot glue between the two eggs and press them together.
5. Continue this process until you have eggs all around the base of the glass vase.
6. Next, pour water into the glass vase and place your flameless candle inside. I used my flameless candle hack, click here to see it.
7. Then place fresh flowers inside the glass vase around the flameless candle.
