These Mini Bunny Sugar Cookies are made with pastel M&M’s and are the perfect bite-sized dessert for an Easter brunch or spring party.

  1. First, preheat your oven according to the temperature on the sugar cookie dough packaging.
  2. Cut each sugar cookie into 6 pieces.
  3. Next, roll each mini sugar cookie into a cone shape and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 5-10 minutes until golden. Less time if you like them softer, longer if you like them crunchy.
  5. While the cookies are baking, cut some M&M’s in half and arrange the halved and whole M&M’s into piles by color.
  6. Once the cookies are done baking and still hot, quickly place the M&M’s on each cookie to create a bunny face.
  7. Enjoy!
