DIY Sea Glass Candle Holder

Sharing is caring!

A simple DIY Sea Glass Candle Holder that can be enjoyed all summer!

I originally had a very different vision for this DIY Sea Glass Candle Holder.

I had planned to make it a round bowl candle holder using a balloon, but as I was making it I quickly realized that it wouldn’t work the way I planned.

So I quickly searched through my craft supplies for a solution.

We had already spent a bunch of time marking the edges of all these sea glass pieces with a silver pen and I was determined to come up with an alternative method.

I spotted my small square vase and decided it was perfect for this DIY.

And I love the way it turned out. The perfect little summer centerpiece!

Materials:

Sea Glass

Silver Pen

E6000 Glue for Glass

Square Glass Vase

Instructions:

1. First, use the silver pen to mark the edges of all the sea glass. I used only the white and green sea glass.

2. Once dry, flip over all the sea glass and use the silver pen to mark the edges on the other side of the sea glass.

3. Use the E6000 glue to attach the sea glass to the square glass vase. I started at the base and worked my way up to ensure that it would solidly sit on a flat surface.

4. Repeat this process on the other 3 sides. You may want to let the glue dry a little bit before flipping it to the next side so that the glass doesn’t slide/move.

5. Let dry then add a candle to the center and enjoy!
