Somehow, I almost forgot to share a little tour of our Fall Living Room Decor!

We have had a respite from the heat with our annual glimpse of fall weather that often comes at the end of August/early September, so we’ve been spending much more time outside.

I’m currently writing this from our back porch while little Rog and Sabrina play around us, and Roger and I get some work done.

And while it’s easy for us to get excited about fall the moment we feel a bit of cool breeze, we know it won’t last and that our real fall won’t come until the end of October or early November.

But for now, we will enjoy as much of this cooler weather as we can!

And when the heat returns, we too will be returning inside to enjoy the fall colors of our home while we wait for them to arrive in the forest around us.

I kept our living room fall decor somewhat minimal this year, as I didn’t have time to do a lot of shopping or decorating.

Sabrina is 6 months old now, almost 7 months, and is pretty much attached to me at the hip – which I love! – but it does affect what I am able to get accomplished in a day.

And I’m trying to soak it all up, because they are only little once, and this is my last fall with a baby, and I don’t want to miss a moment of their childhood.
