These Pretzel Ice Cream Sandwich Bites are a fun little sweet treat for summer and the 4th of July.
Pretzels and ice cream might sound basic, but this treat is surprisingly delicious!
The combination of the crisp salty pretzels, creamy sweet ice cream, and rich dark chocolate makes it the perfect summer treat.
You could make it up ahead of time for an outdoor summer movie night, girls’ night in, or just for fun for your family.

Pretzel Ice Cream Sandwich Bites
These Pretzel Ice Cream Sandwich Bites are a fun little sweet treat for summer and the 4th of July.
Instructions
- First, arrange your pretzels in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet lined with wax paper.
- Use a melon baller to scoop tiny balls of ice cream on top of each pretzel.
- Freeze until frozen if needed.
- Top each tiny ball of ice cream with a second pretzel.
- Freeze until frozen if needed.
- Melt your dark chocolate according to the packaging instructions, then let it cool slightly.
- Dip each pretzel ice cream sandwich bite in the melted chocolate and then quickly top it with sprinkles.
- Freeze until frozen.
- Serve and enjoy immediately.
