Ingredients
Instructions
- First, clean and cut your peppers in half, removing the stems and seeds.
- Place the halved peppers on a platter.
- If the pepper doesn’t lay flat, cut a thin slice on the back (as seen in the photo above) so that it has a flat surface to sit on.
- Use a hand blender to blend the cream cheese and Boursin.
- Place the creamy cheese mixture in a piping bag and pipe/spread the cheese into the halved peppers.
- Finally, add a few sprigs of fresh dill to the top of each Cheese-Filled Bell Pepper “Carrot.”
