These Hot Chocolate Treats are a fun addition to your favorite hot chocolate that can be customized with your favorite toppings, like mini marshmallows, mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, marshmallow fluff, homemade whipped cream, chocolate hazelnut spread, or anything else you love.

These Hot Chocolate Treats have been on my list to make for 2 years now.
I have had these silicone Christmas molds for over a year in preparation for making them, and I finally decided to do it!
My original plan was to just have marshmallow fluff in the center of these hot chocolate toppers, but at the last second I decided to fill some with marshmallow fluff and chocolate/hazelnut spread, others with marshmallow fluff and sprinkles, some with (vegan) mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips, and others with mini marshmallows and sprinkles.
I think there may be a couple of other combinations in there as well.
While I planned for these to be hot chocolate toppers, gravity did not work with my intended plan, so I switched to calling them Hot Chocolate Treats as they make fun additions to your hot chocolate.
Although they are also fun to eat on their own as a special dessert treat.
You can even wrap them up and gift them to your friends and family this holiday season!
