Instructions

  1. First, melt the white melting wafers according to the packaging instructions.
  2. Pour the melted wafers into a sandwich bag and cut off the tip.
  3. Draw the shape of a snowman (2-4 inches tall) on a large baking sheet lined with wax paper. Repeat this process as many times as needed to use up your melted wafers.
  4. Then melt the dark chocolate according to the packaging instructions, pour the melted dark chocolate into a sandwich bag, and cut off the tip.
  5. Draw the “stick” arms on all of the snowmen.
  6. Let harden. *(2-3)
  7. Carefully flip each snowman over so that the flat surface is facing up.
  8. Then use the melted dark chocolate to draw the 2 eyes and 3 buttons on each snowman.
  9. Then melt the orange melting wafers according to the packaging instructions, pour it into a sandwich bag, and cut off the tip.
  10. Draw the nose on each snowman with the bag of melted orange wafers.
  11. Let harden. *(2)
  12. Enjoy as is or with a warm cup of hot chocolate! *(4)

Notes

  1. The white chocolate has better flavor but the white melting wafers are slightly more white. I think I used the white melting wafers this time.
  2. To speed up the hardening time you can place them in a freezer for 5-10 minutes.
  3. While the chocolate is hardening I place the melted dark chocolate in a second bag, seal it, and place it in warm water so that it doesn’t harden.
  4. Keep extras in a sealed container in the freezer.
