A two-ingredient recipe for Black Pepper Parmesan Crisps that are perfect for topping soup or salad or eating with dip!

Ingredients

  • Parmesan, 8 oz block
  • Black Pepper, freshly cracked

Instructions

  1. First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line 3-4 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Next, shred your parmesan and crack your black pepper.
  3. Use a teaspoon to create little mounds of parmesan on your baking sheet at least 1 inch apart.
  4. Sprinkle the black pepper on top of the cheese.
  5. Bake for 6-10 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  7. Once cooled, serve with dip, soup, or on top of a salad. *(1)

Notes

  1. Save leftovers in a sealed container in your fridge. Recrisp by placing them back in the oven for a few minutes.
