This is a simple olive oil dipping sauce overflowing with flavor. My husband and I love it so much that we have a hard time sharing. Lucky for us – and our marriage – this recipe makes enough olive oil dipping sauce for 3-4 people!
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried basil
1/8 (heaping) teaspoon dried rosemary
½ teaspoon salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic
½ teaspoon lemon juice
½ cup of extra virgin olive oil
First, crush up all of the dried herbs and place them in a bowl. This can be done in several ways, by hand, with a food processor, or with a mortar.
Next, add the salt, pepper, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil to the bowl, giving it a good stir.

Serve with warm bread.
