Mini Cheese Christmas Trees
These Mini Cheese Christmas Trees can be made with only 4 ingredients, making it a super quick and easy Christmas appetizer for a holiday party.
Ingredients
- Cheese (I used Brie Cheese and Laughing Cow)
- Pretzel Sticks
- Pistachios
- Dried Cranberries
Instructions
- First, chop your pistachios and dried cranberries into tiny pieces.
- Next, cut off the bloomy rind from the top (or bottom) of the brie cheese and cut the brie cheese into triangles. Remove the wrapper from the Laughing Cow cheese.
- Place a pretzel stick in the base of each cheese triangle.
- Press the cheese into the chopped pistachios and dried cranberries. Repeat on all the cheese triangles.
- Enjoy your Mini Cheese Christmas Trees!
Notes
- Note: We ate these soon after making them. If you decide to make them ahead of time, you may want to hold off on putting the pretzel stick into the cheese until right before you serve them, so that they don’t become soft from the moisture of the cheese.
